Mushroom Rice

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat the sesame oil and butter and cook your onions until translucent and slightly browned.
  2. Add your mushrooms and cook them down as well until slightly browned, add your garlic, ginger and chicken cube.
  3. Allow to toast for 10 minutes before adding the rice, toss the rice in the mix ensuring everything is covered evenly.
  4. Add 2 1/2 cups of boiling water and allow to cook until ready.
  5. Serve when hot.
