- In a large pan heat the sesame oil and butter and cook your onions until translucent and slightly browned.
- Add your mushrooms and cook them down as well until slightly browned, add your garlic, ginger and chicken cube.
- Allow to toast for 10 minutes before adding the rice, toss the rice in the mix ensuring everything is covered evenly.
- Add 2 1/2 cups of boiling water and allow to cook until ready.
- Serve when hot.
