Mushroom Stuffed Chicken

  • Serves: 5 people
  • Prep Time: 1 hour 30 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat and melt your butter, panfry your onions until browned, add your garlic and pesto and panfry until aromatic.
  2. Add mushrooms and cook down well, stuff your chicken wrap it in foil and bake it in the oven for 50 minutes at 180 degrees.
  3. Remove from the oven, unwrap it and cook further for 15 minutes to brown. Serve hot with vegetables.
