- Panfry onions until translucent, add the garlic paste and allow to fry further for 2 mins
- Add the coriander stalk and fry for another 2 minutes. Pour in the ndengu, water and the mala and allow to simmer for 10 min.
- Blend until smooth consistency is attained.
