  1. In a sufuria heat 4 tbsp of oil and add roughly chopped onions pan fry until translucent add potatoes cubed and fry until brown colour starts to show season with salt and pepper,
  2. Add water and allow to boil and cook until potatoes are cooked through
  3. Mash the potatoes, a thick soup like consistency will be achieved
  4. Add ugali flour and cook until ugali is formed serve hot.
