- In a a large pan heat the oil and panfry the butternut until slightly browned on each side, add the onions and cook further until slightly browned.
- Squeeze your orange into the butternut and allow to steam through, add your spices and allow to toast, add your sugar and mix well.
- Add your sugar and coconut milk then mix, allow to evaporate before adding your toasted nuts.
- Serve hot.
