Oatmeal Raisin Cookies



    1. In a food processor, cream the butter and sugar and whizz for about a minute constantly cleaning the walls of the processor.
    2. Add the eggs and the vanilla and whizz untill smooth.
    3. Add the flour whizz one more time before transferring the content into a large bowl.
    4. Add the raisins and the oatmeal and combine.
    5. Spoon one tablespoon of the mix giving each space about 2 cm on the baking tray.
    6. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
    7. Allow to cool and then serve.
