- In a food processor, cream the butter and sugar and whizz for about a minute constantly cleaning the walls of the processor.
- Add the eggs and the vanilla and whizz untill smooth.
- Add the flour whizz one more time before transferring the content into a large bowl.
- Add the raisins and the oatmeal and combine.
- Spoon one tablespoon of the mix giving each space about 2 cm on the baking tray.
- Bake in the oven at 180 degrees for 15 minutes.
- Allow to cool and then serve.
