Old-fashioned Poached Eggs

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 10 minutes



  1. In a small pot of boiling water add the vinegar and salt and mix well.
  2. Allow to cook through.
  3. Add your eggs, 2 at a time and allow to poach lightly.
  4. Serve hot with tomatoes and garnish with coriander and black pepper and olive oil.
