- Whisk egg whites until stiff and soft peaks form.
- Then strain the beer batter separately and remove excess lumps.
- Fold in egg whites into the batter.
- Add onion rings and ensure they are coated evenly.
- In a large pot heat 4 cups of corn oil and deep fry the onion rings.
