Onion Rings

  1. Separate the eggs and set egg whites aside.
  2. In a separate bowl mix all purpose flour beer and egg yolks and cumin seeds.
  3. Whisk egg whites until stiff and soft peaks form.
  4. Then strain the beer batter separately and remove excess lumps.
  5. Fold in egg whites into the batter.
  6. Add onion rings and ensure they are coated evenly.
  7. In a large pot heat 4 cups of corn oil and deep fry the onion rings.
