Pan-fried Butternut and Sweet Potato

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 40 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat 1/2 litre of water and add your butternut and sweet potato and allow to cook for 15 minutes before draining the water.
  2. Add your butter and onion and panfry for 7 minutes before adding your spices and dried herbs. Toast for 7 minutes and allow to brown lightly, before serving.
