- Pour your butter into a food processor and add the caster sugar, whizz until fluffy, add your vanilla essence, eggs, cream and whizz again.
- Add your flour and whizz until combined, add your passion pulp, and add it slowly ensuring you do not over blend.
- Pour into a greased baking tray or a silicone mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.
- Allow to cool and coat with icing sugar and lemon zest.
