Passion Cake

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 45 minutes



  1. Pour your butter into a food processor and add the caster sugar, whizz until fluffy, add your vanilla essence, eggs, cream and whizz again.
  2. Add your flour and whizz until combined, add your passion pulp, and add it slowly ensuring you do not over blend.
  3. Pour into a greased baking tray or a silicone mold and bake in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.
  4. Allow to cool and coat with icing sugar and lemon zest.
