Pea and Mint Soup

  1. Heat the butter and pan fry the onions and garden peas until onions are translucent.
  2. Add the garlic and cover with water and allow garden peas to cook through about 25 minutes.
  3. Add the mint and blend, check seasoning and serve hot.
