Peanut butter Dip

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 25 minutes



  1. In a small pot add your butter and red onions and cook until slightly translucent, shortly after add your spring onions and cook further for 5 minutes.
  2. Add your garlic paste and mix well until aromatic, add your milk and the peant butter and mix well.
  3. Add your soy sauce and water and mix well, bring to the boil and then add your chopped coriander and mix well.
  4. Serve immediately with a biting of your choice.
