- Boil potatoes for 30 minutes on high heat, check if cooked inside by poking a knife through.
- After boiling drain the water and return potatoes in same pot and back on the heat and allow to heat for 30 -45 seconds until fully dry.
- Start mashing till they flake,add a tablespoon of butter and mash until well combined.
- Break down mash with milk and and allow to get smoother by adding olive oil, season to taste and serve hot.
