Pineapple Fried Rice

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Prep Time: 15 minutes



  1. In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and fry your onions until browned, add your mushrooms and cook further until browned slightly.
  2. Add your cubed pineapple and cook for 5 minutes, add your sauces and allow to cook down lightly.
  3. Add your rice and mix well ensuring it is well coated.
  4. Just before serving, add your spinach allow to wilt and serve.
