- In a pan, heat 3 tablespoons of oil and fry your onions until browned, add your mushrooms and cook further until browned slightly.
- Add your cubed pineapple and cook for 5 minutes, add your sauces and allow to cook down lightly.
- Add your rice and mix well ensuring it is well coated.
- Just before serving, add your spinach allow to wilt and serve.
