- In a large pan melt your butter and panfry your onions and potatoes until slightly browned, create a space in the center of the pan and add your bacon and allow to brown slightly.
- Add your chopped garlic panfry for 3 minutes before adding 1/4 cup of water, allow that steam through and evaporate
- Add your broccoli and toss in contents of the pan, season lightly with salt and black pepper. Serve with pita bead.
