Potato Bacon and Broccoli

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes



  1. In a large pan melt your butter and panfry your onions and potatoes until slightly browned, create a space in the center of the pan and add your bacon and allow to brown slightly.
  2. Add your chopped garlic panfry for 3 minutes before adding 1/4 cup of water, allow that steam through and evaporate
  3. Add your broccoli and toss in contents of the pan, season lightly with salt and black pepper. Serve with pita bead.
