Potato Cake

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Prep Time: 25 minutes



  1. Melt your butter in the pan and add your onions, season evenly and mix, layer your potatoes one over the other all around the pan.
  2. Cover and steam for 10 minutes on very low heat, remove the foil and pour over the eggs and grate as much or as little cheddar cheese over potatoes and eggs.
  3. Cover one more time for another 10 minutes. Serve immediately.
