- In a large pan melt butter and add 1 tablespoon of oil and panfry your onions and chili, add your garlic and tomatoes and cook down until broken down.
- Add your potatoes and mix well, fry for about 10 minutes before sprinkling your cheese on top.
- Wrap the plastic handle of your pan with a wet kitchen towel and bake in the oven using top heat and allow cheese to melt and brown slightly.
- After 15 minutes or so, serve the hot.
