Potato Tomato Bake

  • Serves: 3 People
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. In a large pan melt butter and add 1 tablespoon of oil and panfry your onions and chili, add your garlic and tomatoes and cook down until broken down.
  2. Add your potatoes and mix well, fry for about 10 minutes before sprinkling your cheese on top.
  3. Wrap the plastic handle of your pan with a wet kitchen towel and bake in the oven using top heat and allow cheese to melt and brown slightly.
  4. After 15 minutes or so, serve the hot.
