- Prep Time: 35 minutes
- Heat the oil in a deep pan and ad the yellow capsicum and fry fro 15 minutes, until they start to brown
- Add the onion and fry further for 10 minutes
- Add the garlic and ginger paste and fry for 5 minutes
- Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and cook for 1 minute
- Add the water and the carrots and allow to boil for 5 minutes and take of the heat.
- Add the lemon juice and serve hot.
