Power Soup

  1. Heat the oil in a deep pan and ad the yellow capsicum and fry fro 15 minutes, until they start to brown
  2. Add the onion and fry further for 10 minutes
  3. Add the garlic and ginger paste and fry for 5 minutes
  4. Add the oyster sauce, soy sauce and cook for 1 minute
  5. Add the water and the carrots and allow to boil for 5 minutes and take of the heat.
  6. Add the lemon juice and serve hot.
