- In a small pot add 2 cups of boiling water and blanch cup of vegetables.
- After blanching, refresh vegetables in cold water to stop cooking process.
- Shred cabbage, and incorporate all ingredients in salad.
- Mix all the ingredients of the dressing and pour over the salad and mix evenly.
- Chill and serve cold.
