Purple Cabbage Salad

  • Serves: 4 servings
  • Prep Time: 35minutes



  1. In a small pot add 2 cups of boiling water and blanch cup of vegetables.
  2. After blanching, refresh vegetables in cold water to stop cooking process.
  3. Shred cabbage, and incorporate all ingredients in salad.
  4. Mix all the ingredients of the dressing and pour over the salad and mix evenly.
  5. Chill and serve cold.
