Raisins and Chocolate Muffins

Directions

  1. In a large bowl, create a well in the centre of the flour, add the oil, water and eggs and mix evenly.
  2. In a cupcake tray, add the cup cake cups and pour in a ladle full of the mix and sprinkle over with raisins.
  3. Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
  4. Remove and allow to cool, serve with yogurt of your choice.
