- In a large bowl, create a well in the centre of the flour, add the oil, water and eggs and mix evenly.
- In a cupcake tray, add the cup cake cups and pour in a ladle full of the mix and sprinkle over with raisins.
- Bake for 25 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
- Remove and allow to cool, serve with yogurt of your choice.
