Red Snapper Spinach Spaghetti

  • Prep Time: 25 minutes



  1. I a sauce pa add your oil and cook your onions until slightly browned, add your garlic an cook until aromatic.
  2. Add the pishi home-made chilli and allow to cook slightly, shortly after add your tomato paste and cook on low for 5 minutes
  3. Add you blended tomatoes and pasta water and bring to the boil, once thickened add your red snapper, coconut milk and lemon and mix in well.
  4. Add your spinach and allow to wilt, shortly after add your spaghetti and mix in well. correct seasoning.
  5. Serve hot
