- I a sauce pa add your oil and cook your onions until slightly browned, add your garlic an cook until aromatic.
- Add the pishi home-made chilli and allow to cook slightly, shortly after add your tomato paste and cook on low for 5 minutes
- Add you blended tomatoes and pasta water and bring to the boil, once thickened add your red snapper, coconut milk and lemon and mix in well.
- Add your spinach and allow to wilt, shortly after add your spaghetti and mix in well. correct seasoning.
- Serve hot
