Red Velvet Pancakes

  1. In a large mixing bowl, mix all your ingredients and ensure they are well incorporated and without lumps.
  2. In a hot frying pan, using a small mold pour in your pancake batter and cook on low heat until risen and bubbly on one side.
  3. Turn the pancakes and cook the other side until slightly browned.
  4. Serve hot with icing sugar.
