- Sieve the flour through a well meshed sieved, add the sugar and mix evenly.
- Create a well in the middle of the sugar and flour mix and break the eggs, incorporate together with the flour and sugar, till a doughy consistency forms.
- Add the milk and mix finely.
- Cook on a nonstick hot pan with minimum oil.
