- Mix all the ingredients except the potatoes and oil.
- Once a thick batter is attained, lightly dust your potato slices with some gram flour and then dunk them into the batter.
- Once done, heat your Rina vegetable oil to 180 degrees centigrade and using a spoon or your hand, drop in the potatoes into the oil.
- Deep fry them until slightly golden.
- Serve hot.
