Rina Bhajias

  • Prep Time: 25 minutes



  1. Mix all the ingredients except the potatoes and oil.
  2. Once a thick batter is attained, lightly dust your potato slices with some gram flour and then dunk them into the batter.
  3. Once done, heat your Rina vegetable oil to 180 degrees centigrade and using a spoon or your hand, drop in the potatoes into the oil.
  4. Deep fry them until slightly golden.
  5. Serve hot.
