- In a large mixing bowl add your flour and create a well in the center, add your wet ingredients mixing into the cake batter ensuring everything is mixed well and without lumps.
- Using butter grease the baking tray and line the bottom of the baking tray with strawberries at the base pour in the cake batter and bake in the oven at 180 degrees centigrade for 30 minutes.
- Remove and allow to rest and cool.
- Serve with ice cream
