Rina Grilled Vegetables

Directions

  1. Place all vegetables in a large bowl and mix with the herb, oil, garlic and lemon juice, place on a baking tray and add your chicken breast on top.
  2. Season chicken breasts and place in the oven and grill in the oven for 30 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade.
  3. Serve immediately.
