Rina Puffballs

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 45 minutes



  1. Boil water with sugar and oil, add a cheeky 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, once boiled add your flour and incorporate.
  2. Set aside and allow to cool.
  3. Once done, heat your Rina vegetable oil to 180 degrees centigrade and using a spoon drop a dollop of the mixture into the hot oil and allow puff balls to deep fry.
  4. In a large bowl mix, the cinnamon and sugar and toss the fried puff balls.
  5. Serve hot.
