- Boil water with sugar and oil, add a cheeky 1/2 teaspoon of cinnamon powder, once boiled add your flour and incorporate.
- Set aside and allow to cool.
- Once done, heat your Rina vegetable oil to 180 degrees centigrade and using a spoon drop a dollop of the mixture into the hot oil and allow puff balls to deep fry.
- In a large bowl mix, the cinnamon and sugar and toss the fried puff balls.
- Serve hot.
