- Boil your potatoes in a large pot with a generous amount of salt, after boiled and cooled peel off skin and cut potatoes into large pieces.
- In a separate bowl, mix all ingredients except potatoes and oil and make a slightly thick batter and add your potatoes.
- Once done, heat your Rina vegetable oil to 180 degrees centigrade and using a spoon or your hand, drop in the potatoes into the oil.
- Allow them to fry until golden brown and serve hot.
