Roast Leg of Lamb

  • Prep Time: 1 hour 15minutes



  1. Season the leg of lamb evenly and place on a baking tray.
  2. Mix the tomatoes, onions and coriander with a little oil and seasoning, place on a baking tray.
  3. Place the potatoes on the baking tray and season and oil.
  4. Bake until meet is fully cooked .
  5. Serve hot.
