Roast Pepper Sauce Spaghetti

  • Serves: 1 person
  • Prep Time: 40 minutes



  1. Place all ingredients except spaghetti in a large bowl season well and wrap in foil and then bake for 30 minutes
  2. Remove and place into a food processor and whizz until slightly fine, add 1/4 cup of pasta water and blend again.
  3. In a sauce pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and panfry the paprika powder and cook down, add the blended mix and pour, cook down until thickened.
  4. Add spaghetti when thick and toss until heated through.Serve.
