Rosemary and Mustard Potatoes

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minute



  1. In a large pan melt your butter and add your potatoes and pan-fry them until slightly browned.
  2. Add rosemary,onions and season lightly then mix and allow to cook for 7 minutes.
  3. Add the sliced garlic and pan-fry for another 7 minutes.
  4. Add your water and cook down until its evaporated fully, add your mustard and toss until heated through, server immediately.
