- In a large pan melt your butter and add your butternut, panfry lightly until slightly browned, add your onions and continue to cook down further for 5 minutes.
- Add 1/4 cup of water and allow that to steam through, once water has evaporated, add your garlic paste, ginger paste and rosemary and cook until fragrant and aromatic.
- Crush some pieces to check if they're well cooked.
- Serve hot.
