Rosemary Butternut

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes



  1. In a large pan melt your butter and add your butternut, panfry lightly until slightly browned, add your onions and continue to cook down further for 5 minutes.
  2. Add 1/4 cup of water and allow that to steam through, once water has evaporated, add your garlic paste, ginger paste and rosemary and cook until fragrant and aromatic.
  3. Crush some pieces to check if they're well cooked.
  4. Serve hot.
