Royal Pudding with a Twist

  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a casserole dish, place your cut pieces and pour over the pineapple chunks.
  2. Mix the icing sugar with the whipped cream and layer over pastry and pineapple.
  3. Bake in the oven using top heat, at 180 degrees for 15 to 20 minutes until browned.
  4. Serve hot with ice cream
