Savoury pancakes sound weird, awkward even, but trust me when I tell that you that some of the most interesting things that go really well with anything spicy. These pancakes are a quick and easy way to make a twist for something that is regularly loved.
Pan-fry the onion, green chili and sweet corn until slightly browned
Sift the flour into a bowl and create a well and incorporate the wet ingredients
Add the pan-fried ingredients in the batter and chopped coriander and seasoning
Use a ladle and pour a spoon at a time and fry each side until a golden brown consistency is achieved
