Slow Cooked Beef

  1. In a large pot seal your beef chuck on each side, slightly browned, take it and set aside, add your onions and cook until translucent.
  2. Add your capsicum and chili fry for 10 minutes before adding the spices, lower the heat and allow to toast for 15 minutes.
  3. Add your garlic fry until aromatic, add your tomato paste and cook on low for 15 minutes.
  4. Return your beef and cover with water and allow to cook for 3 hours constantly checking and adding water after every 90 minutes or when water level is very low.
  5. Serve with rice.
