- In a large pot seal your beef chuck on each side, slightly browned, take it and set aside, add your onions and cook until translucent.
- Add your capsicum and chili fry for 10 minutes before adding the spices, lower the heat and allow to toast for 15 minutes.
- Add your garlic fry until aromatic, add your tomato paste and cook on low for 15 minutes.
- Return your beef and cover with water and allow to cook for 3 hours constantly checking and adding water after every 90 minutes or when water level is very low.
- Serve with rice.
