- Serves: 4
- Prep Time: 20 minutes
- Mix the flour with all the spices, salt and pepper
- Coat each tilapia fillet generously on each side with the flour spice mix.
- In a non stick frying pan heat 3 tablespoons of olive and pan fry each side of the tilapia twice ensuring it doesn't get too dark
- After the last turn, take one lemon wedge and squeeze it over tilapia, take off the heat.
- Serve hot with the the other two lemon wedges
