Spice Fried Tilapia

  • Serves: 4
  • Prep Time: 20 minutes



  1. Mix the flour with all the spices, salt and pepper
  2. Coat each tilapia fillet generously on each side with the flour spice mix.
  3. In a non stick frying pan heat 3 tablespoons of olive and pan fry each side of the tilapia twice ensuring it doesn't get too dark
  4. After the last turn, take one lemon wedge and squeeze it over tilapia, take off the heat.
  5. Serve hot with the the other two lemon wedges
