- In a sauce pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and panfry your onions and capsicum until slightly browned.
- Add your cayenne pepper, rosemary, garlic, ginger and tomato paste and cook until slightly aromatic.
- Pour in your tomato ragu with 1/2 cup of water, pasta water and lemon juice and allow to come to the boil before adding your calamari and allowing them to cook shortly for about 7 minutes.
- Once firmed and cooked, add your boiled spaghetti and mix through ensuring it is well coasted and heated through before serving, correct seasoning and serve hot.
