Spicy Coconut Mash

  • Serves: 1
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes




  1. Boil potatoes until soft, drain excess water and set back on the heat
  2. Add the 1 tablespoon of butter and the spicy green paste plus a little water
  3. Coat potatoes evenly and mash
  4. Add the quarter cup of coconut milk and mash further until smooth
