Spicy Corn on the Cob

  • Serves: 2 people
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. In a large pot bring the water to a boil, add your corn and a teaspoon of salt. Allow to cook through.
  2. In a seperate pan, heat 1 tablespoon of oil and cook the cajun spice until aromatic, add your corn and toss.
  3. Add your coriander and serve hot.
