Spicy Gizzard Stir-fry

  • Serves: 4 people
  • Prep Time: 30 minutes



  1. In a large pot heat the oil and cook the onions until slightly translucent, add your chopped garlic and ginger paste plus your gizzards and cook further for 7 minutes.
  2. Add your red chilis and toss well, add your sauces and mix until combined and slightly reduced. Add your rice and mix.
  3. Add your spinach and serve hot.
