This is an easy and fun way to switch up your fries and kachumbari.
- In a bow, mix the tomatoes, onions, garlic and coriander and chili, squeeze the lemon and add the olive oil, mix evenly.
- Add a handful of cheese in the kachumbari mix and create a well in your chips then layer.
- Add alittle extra cheese on top and bake for 15 minutes until fully melted, serve immediatley.
