- In a large pot add the wedges and cover with water, add the teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt.
- Set on the heat and allow to boil until slightly soft.
- Remove from heat and drain water, in another pot heat 3 cups of oil until hot, add the wedges and fry until cooked through.
- In a separate bowl season the fried potato wedges with the curry powder, chili and coriander, salt and pepper. Serve
