Spicy Potato Wedges

  • Serves: 2
  • Prep Time: 35 minutes



  1. In a large pot add the wedges and cover with water, add the teaspoon of turmeric powder and salt.
  2. Set on the heat and allow to boil until slightly soft.
  3. Remove from heat and drain water, in another pot heat 3 cups of oil until hot, add the wedges and fry until cooked through.
  4. In a separate bowl season the fried potato wedges with the curry powder, chili and coriander, salt and pepper. Serve
