Spinach And Potatoes

  1. In a large pan heat an 1/8 cup of oil and pan fry the potatoes until golden browned, add your onions and cook down until translucent.
  2. Add your garlic paste and cook through for 10 minutes, add the yogurt and spinach mix through and allow to wilt.
  3. Serve hot.
