Spinach Egg-white Omelette

  1. Panfry your cooking oil and onions until slightly browned.
  2. Add your spinach and cook slightly for about a minute.
  3. Add your egg whites over and once combined and formed, turn over and cook the other side.
  4. Serve with more spinach on the side.
