This is a super healthy recipe that encompasses a daily meal which is rich in omega 3's and 6's.
- Place the tilapia on a piece of foil and layer the tomatoes and onions and cucumber over the fish
- Mix the garlic paste and olive oil and a generous pinch of salt and pour it over the fish.
- Cover the fish with another foil and place in the oven and bake it for 35 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade,
- Serve Hot, with a lemon.
