Steamed Whole Tilapia

This is a super healthy recipe that encompasses a daily meal which is rich in omega 3's and 6's.



  1. Place the tilapia on a piece of foil and layer the tomatoes and onions and cucumber over the fish
  2. Mix the garlic paste and olive oil and a generous pinch of salt and pour it over the fish.
  3. Cover the fish with another foil and place in the oven and bake it for 35 minutes at 180 degrees centigrade,
  4. Serve Hot, with a lemon.
