- Start by marinating the fish fillet with the lemon juice and set aside for 30 minutes.
- In a sauce pan, pan fry the onions until translucent.
- Add the garlic puree and fry further for a 1 minute
- Add the tomato water and cook down for about 15 minutes
- After the fish has marinated add it and the excess lemon juice and cook on low for another 10 minutes on each side.
- Serve hot with steamed rice.
