Stewed Fish

  • Prep Time: 56 minutes



  1. Start by marinating the fish fillet with the lemon juice and set aside for 30 minutes.
  2. In a sauce pan, pan fry the onions until translucent.
  3. Add the garlic puree and fry further for a 1 minute
  4. Add the tomato water and cook down for about 15 minutes
  5. After the fish has marinated add it and the excess lemon juice and cook on low for another 10 minutes on each side.
  6. Serve hot with steamed rice.
