- In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and pan fry the onions until slightly browned add your capsicum and garlic and ginger paste, cook until aromatic.
- Add your calalmari and toss lightly in the mix, create a space in the centre and add your sauces and mix well until thickened.
- Serve hot with jasmine rice.
