Stir-Fried Calamari

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 25 minutes



  1. In a large pan heat 1/8 cup of oil and pan fry the onions until slightly browned add your capsicum and garlic and ginger paste, cook until aromatic.
  2. Add your calalmari and toss lightly in the mix, create a space in the centre and add your sauces and mix well until thickened.
  3. Serve hot with jasmine rice.
