- Place your bananas in the freezer and allow to freeze for about 2 hours.
- Cook down your strawbwerries lighty with the sugar and lemon juice and allow to get slightly candied but still firm then set aside.
- In a food processor add the strawberries and frozen bananas and blend until smooth, place back in the freezer to become firm.
- Serve with raisins, a sprinkle of chia seeds and some fresh gooseberries.
