Strawberry Nice Cream

  • Serves: 2 People
  • Prep Time: 2 hours 20 minutes



  1. Place your bananas in the freezer and allow to freeze for about 2 hours.
  2. Cook down your strawbwerries lighty with the sugar and lemon juice and allow to get slightly candied but still firm then set aside.
  3. In a food processor add the strawberries and frozen bananas and blend until smooth, place back in the freezer to become firm.
  4. Serve with raisins, a sprinkle of chia seeds and some fresh gooseberries.
