Tasty Bone Soup

  • Serves: 3 people
  • Prep Time: 1hour 30 minutes



  1. Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and seal your beef on either side until browned, set aside.
  2. Add your onions, chilli and carrot and cook down until slightly browned.
  3. Add the garlic and ginger paste and cover with 4 cups of water.
  4. Cook down for an 1hour on low heat, then remove the meat and slice it.
  5. Add your tomatoes and baby corn in a pot and return the sliced meat.
  6. Serve hot.
