- Heat 4 tablespoons of oil and seal your beef on either side until browned, set aside.
- Add your onions, chilli and carrot and cook down until slightly browned.
- Add the garlic and ginger paste and cover with 4 cups of water.
- Cook down for an 1hour on low heat, then remove the meat and slice it.
- Add your tomatoes and baby corn in a pot and return the sliced meat.
- Serve hot.
