Tasty Grilled Veg Sandwich

This sandwich could make you reconsider indulging in meat. Its light, full of flavor and has the right amount of balance to sweet, spicy, and tangy. the ratios vary based on your palette. There’s really something about grilling or pan-frying vegetables that adds an extra kick in your day. VEGETARIANS! This is for you.

  1. Panfry capsicum and onions in a pan with olive oil after adding mixed herbs so the oil gets a flavor
  2. After they are ready remove them and clean the pan.
  3. In a clean pan fry the carrots on low heat and when each side is browned remove
  4. In the same pan add the tomatoes and fry each side and just before theyre ready add the garlic paste.
  5. After panfrying the vegetables, season them with salt, pepper, lemon juice in a separate bowl
  6. Toast bread in same pan until golden brown
  7. In a small bowl of mix coriander, black pepper and mayonnaise and spread on bread.
  8. Layer sandwhich, in any order.
